Gina C. Huffman
Programs Consultant

Gina Huffman earned a M.P.A. then began her career in education at Cuyahoga Community College with the Title IV, TRIO programs in 2001. Ms. Huffman has worked as an Undergraduate Studies academic advisor, program coordinator in Multicultural Engagement and held the Assistant Director post as a S.T.E.M. program administrator at Cleveland State University, all since 2003.

 

For those reasons, she launched MatchMade Educational Services – an educational movement established to match students with customized educational experiences and career endeavors. She is a vigorous advocate for programs, services and resources that assist students realize their academic, personal and professional goals.

 

Gina’s community service also continues to be part of her ongoing commitment to Greater Cleveland and the Northeast Ohio region. She serves as a volunteer for planning committees of various organizations and boards, whose mission is to champion social justice.

Elise Johnson
Programs Consultant

Elise Johnson attended the Monte Ahuja College of Business at Cleveland State University where she earned a Master of Human Resources and Labor Relations.  Ms. Johnson's skill set has been of great benefit as a team member of the SiteFinders Network, because of her business administration and human resources background. Prior to joining the company, she worked with a privately-owned technical consulting firm, where she first gained her experience in Human Resources working as a Human Resources Assistant.

 

Since venturing into the education sector, training for students arriving and returning to school who need resume building, interviewing skills, job search techniques and workforce etiquette training has been her focus. Ms. Johnson understands the need for preparedness in the areas above, in order for students to have the career and future professions they’re working toward.

 

Ms. Johnson has been instrumental in customizing SiteFinders workforce training seminars, workshops and activities. Her approach is hands on and engaging; once participants leave her class, they will have the skill level to seek and obtain employment.  Additionally she holds the position of Employment Consultant and Director of Talent Acquisition, and is responsible for recruitment, training and providing a pool of talented candidates from the SiteFinders Networks own professional employee operation.
